Committee of Management
Assisi Aid Projects is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management who ensure good governance, financial integrity, and that Assisi Aid Projects is delivering against its strategic priorities.
The work of Assisi Aid Projects is supported by three sub-committees: Programs; Finance and Risk; and Fundraising and Communications. Membership of these sub-committees is comprised of Committee of Management members with expertise or interest in those areas, and other volunteer sub-committee members bringing a wide range of professional and technical expertise. The Committee of Management and sub-committees provide our CEO and team with additional support and advice, and ensure that our projects, policies and approaches meet high technical standards.
